The route

Four stops between you and a full week of miles.

No bloated software to learn. Just a dispatch team that answers the phone and handles the parts of the job you'd rather not.

1

Load booking

We work the load boards and our broker relationships to find freight that actually pays — matched to your lanes, equipment, and hours of service.

2

Rate negotiation

Every rate gets pushed before it gets booked. We know what the lane is worth and we don't take the first number offered.

3

Paperwork & invoicing

Rate cons, BOLs, invoicing, factoring submissions — handled and filed, so nothing holds up your check.

4

Route & compliance support

Routing that respects your hours, plus a heads-up on the DOT and ELD details that are easy to miss from the driver's seat.

Why Appyron

Built Different. Run Better.

A dispatch team built around the things that actually keep a truck profitable.

Excellent English Communication

Clear, professional communication with every broker and shipper. No language barriers, zero misunderstandings.

Dedicated Dispatcher

Not a call center. One dispatcher who knows your truck, your lanes, and your rate floor — every single time.

Higher Paying Loads

We negotiate hard on every load. Our goal is maximum rate per mile, every dispatch, every week.

Technology-Driven

Modern load-matching tools, real-time tracking, and data-backed decisions put better loads in front of you first.

The Appyron Difference

"We built this for the owner-operator who's tired of being the driver, the dispatcher, and the accountant before 8 a.m."

— The Appyron Dispatch Team

Appyron exists to take the non-driving work off your plate — the calls, the negotiating, the chasing down paperwork — so a truck spends more of its week loaded and moving.

Every account gets a dedicated dispatcher who knows your lanes and your numbers, not a rotating call queue.

Rate & Cost Per Mile Calculator

Two numbers decide whether a load is worth taking: what it pays per mile, and what it costs you per mile. This runs both, side by side, live as you type.

1 The Load
2 Your Cost Per Mile
Total cost per mile$1.49/mi

Diesel default is the US national average as of Sept 2026 (~$6.06/gal, per AAA — diesel just crossed $6 for the first time ever). The other four cost fields are typical owner-operator averages — swap in your real numbers for an accurate picture.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How much do you charge?
Our dispatch fee is a flat percentage of each load's gross, agreed before you sign on — no setup fees and no charges on loads we don't book for you.
What truck types do you dispatch?
Dry van, reefer, flatbed, and power-only. Let us know your equipment and preferred lanes and we'll match freight accordingly.
Is there a forced-dispatch policy?
No. You always have final say on which loads you run — our job is to bring you strong options, not make the call for you.
How fast can I start running?
Most carriers are onboarded and booking their first load within 24–48 hours of signing up, once paperwork and carrier packets are in.
Do you work with owner-operators?
Yes — owner-operators are most of who we work with, alongside small fleets running a handful of trucks.
Can non-US based drivers use the service?
We dispatch carriers authorized to operate in the US, regardless of where you're based, as long as your authority and insurance are current.
